Return & Refund Policy
At GarbBot, we want you to love your purchases. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help facilitate an easy return and refund process.
Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Your return package must be postmarked within this timeframe. Returns postmarked after 30 calendar days will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost: We provide free return shipping if the error is on our part or if the product is defective. For returns due to reasons such as ordering the wrong item or a change of mind, a return shipping fee of $7.99 per order will be deducted from your refund.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at customerservice@garbbot.com to initiate a return. Our team will respond within 1-2 calendar days to confirm your request and provide the return shipping address.
- Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and attach pictures of the received item(s) for reference.
Quality Check for Returns: Upon receiving the return item, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund. If not, we will reject the return and send the item back to you, deducting the return shipping fee.
Refund Process:
- Once your return items quality check is approved, refunds will be processed within 1-3 calendar days.
- For returns due to our error or defective products, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
- If the return is due to reasons such as ordering the wrong item or a change of mind, a return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund.
- After the refund is processed, we will notify you. If you do not receive the refund within 3-5 business days, please contact us.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. You can place a new order and initiate a return for the original item.
