Warranty Policy
GarbBot stands behind the quality of our products. We expressly warrant that all our products ("Goods") are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period, subject to the terms and limitations outlined in this policy.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship discovered within the warranty period. The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to improper installation, testing, care, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or abnormal operations.
Warranty Period
All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery. The duration of the warranty is as follows:
- 360 calendar days from the date of delivery for all smart toilets and trash cans.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must contact GarbBot within 30 days of discovering the defect via our customer service email at customerservice@garbbot.com.
Warranty Conditions
GarbBot reserves the right to determine warranty coverage for products. Please note that the following conditions are not covered:
- Parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as seals, gaskets, and filters.
- Products that have been modified by anyone other than GarbBot.
- Products that have been improperly installed, operated, or maintained, or used outside of the intended specifications.
- Defects caused by accidents, unauthorized repairs, or improper testing.
Warranty Service Options
If GarbBot confirms a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product at our warehouse or an authorized service facility. In some cases, we may offer a refund based on the product’s depreciation instead of repair or replacement.
If requested by GarbBot, the buyer must return the defective product for inspection.
Freight Costs
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from GarbBot’s warehouse or an authorized service facility.
Limitations and Disclaimers
Our products are intended for commercial and industrial users who are trained and experienced in the use and maintenance of smart home appliances. The buyer’s remedies under this warranty are limited exclusively to those provided in this policy. There are no express warranties beyond those stated here.
GarbBot does not guarantee that our products comply with any specific industry standards unless explicitly stated in writing. We are not liable for repairs conducted outside of our authorized service facilities or for any incidental or consequential damages, such as business losses, resulting from a defect or the time required to correct it.
The liability of GarbBot under this warranty shall not exceed the cost of correcting the defect. Implied warranties, such as those of merchantability, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.
